We built Talent Acquisition Hub to turn hiring from a lottery into an engineering discipline. Every project starts with a sharp thesis about the role, runs through the same evaluation criteria, and ends with a recommendation we are ready to defend in front of a board. What matters to us isn't closing the seat — it is how the person performs in year two, because that is when you really see whether the hire was strong.
